The Role

We're looking for a

Production Lead (Videographer & Editor)

to take charge of all things video at Kitto.

From employer brand shoots to social content, you'll own the creative process. From planning, to shooting, editing and producing scroll-stopping video for both Kitto and our clients.

You'll collaborate with strategists, designers, and copywriters to bring stories to life that make people stop scrolling, feel something, and take action. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves telling human stories through film and is ready to shape how brands show up on screen.

What You'll Do

Lead on all video production for Kitto and client projects, from brief to delivery. Plan and manage shoot logistics (locations, kit, schedules, shot lists, and direction). Film and direct a range of content: interviews, social clips, employer brand pieces, testimonials, and event coverage. Edit footage for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, website, etc.) -- always with storytelling and pacing in mind. Create short-form, platform-optimised content and edits for social. Manage and maintain Kitto's video equipment and file systems. Collaborate closely with designers and strategists to ensure brand consistency. Coach team members and clients on best practice for on-camera presence and setup. Bring creative ideas to the table, from storyboards and motion graphics to new formats and trends.

You'll Love This Role If You...

Are passionate about telling real, human stories through video. Can plan, shoot, and edit efficiently without compromising on creativity. Know how to make even corporate content feel fresh, emotive and watchable. Are confident directing people and creating a relaxed, authentic atmosphere on set. Love working across different styles, from cinematic storytelling to fast-paced social edits. Have 2-3 years' experience in video production, ideally within an agency or brand environment. Are fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro (and ideally After Effects), or other equivalent editing software. Have a good understanding of lighting, sound and composition. Are proactive, organised and keen to take creative ownership.
