We are a well-established, family-run business specialising in the installation of windows, doors, and conservatories. We work across a range of materials including PVCu, aluminium, and timber, delivering high-quality installations to both domestic and commercial clients.

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced

Lead Window Fitter

to join our team. You'll be responsible for overseeing and carrying out installations to a high standard, working closely with other fitters and trades where needed. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be reliable, and have strong problem-solving skills to deal with the unexpected on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing windows, doors, and conservatories in various materials (PVCu, aluminium, timber) Leading and managing fitting teams on-site Ensuring all work meets company and industry standards Communicating effectively with customers and office staff Resolving fitting-related issues independently and efficiently

Requirements:

Proven experience in fitting windows, doors, and conservatories Strong knowledge of PVCu, aluminium, and timber systems Excellent problem-solving abilities Full UK driving licence Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example
