We are looking for a Leadership Team Assistant to join the commercial team in London.



In this role you will be working closely with senior leaders and collaborate across multiple departments, so no two days are the same. The team thrives on organisation, communication, and supporting exciting projects and events. As a Leadership Team Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Advertising Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and make an impact. You'll help ensure the smooth running of the department by managing diaries, co-ordinating events, and assisting with projects that shape our business.

Your Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings for leadership team members. Booking travel and accommodation, preparing itineraries. Co-ordinating events, workshops, and team away days. Assisting with commercial projects and awards. Preparing presentations and maintaining departmental documents. Handling expense claims and purchase orders. Supporting internal communications and onboarding processes. Providing general administrative support and holiday cover for other assistants.

The Skills You Will Bring

We are not looking for someone with lots of experience but someone with that passion and eagerness to learn:
Has excellent organisational skills and can juggle multiple tasks. Is keen, eager to learn, and proactive. Is computer literate (Microsoft Office, Teams). Has strong communication skills and a professional approach. Brings customer service experience Has a passion for media or interest in the industry (desirable).




You will be expected to work from home and our office in Euston, London. Team anchor days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but you may need to come in more often if events are on.
