You will be required to
use Go High Level (GHL)
as your main CRM and client management platform.
All outreach, pipeline tracking, client onboarding, and communication workflows will be run inside GHL.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Prospecting & Outreach
Identify companies actively buying hot leads.
Use GHL workflows for outbound messaging, call tracking, and pipeline movement.
Contact 100-150 businesses weekly via:
Phone
Email
LinkedIn
SMS or WhatsApp (via GHL integrations)
Research each company's service area, sales capacity, and suitability.
2. Pitching Lead Solutions
Present our lead-generation services clearly and confidently.
Explain how our leads are generated, qualified, and delivered.
Demonstrate GHL onboarding (client account creation, lead delivery, notifications).
Offer trial lead packages (10-15 leads) and scalable weekly/monthly packages.
Run structured discovery calls using GHL call templates.
3. Closing Lead Supply Deals
Convert interested companies into paying lead buyers.
Use GHL's proposal, invoicing, and e-signature tools to close deals.
Secure upfront payments for trial batches.
Upsell long-term packages using GHL follow-up automations.
Maintain a 20-30% close rate on well-qualified prospects.
4. Client Management & Retention
Manage clients directly through their assigned GHL pipeline.
Ensure leads are delivered correctly and instantly into client GHL accounts.
Communicate regularly with clients using GHL:
SMS
Email
Call logging
Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics.
Upsell increased lead volumes using automated sequences.
5. CRM & Reporting (GHL)
Keep all lead buyer information organised inside GHL.
Use dashboards to track:
Outreach volume
Conversations
Trials started
Deals closed
Revenue generated
Update the sales pipeline stages daily.
Provide weekly performance reports.
