The successful candidate will be the front-line contact for our customers, facilitating and nurturing meaningful, productive relationships. Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers, determining their needs and preferences to present the most suitable products or services.
• Perform product demonstrations for customers where necessary.
• Follow up on leads generated from client inquiries or promotional efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on company products and services, industry trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and set sales goals.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a high school diploma, but a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with diplomacy and tact.
• An ability to work well in a team environment while demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
