About The Role



Gol Centres, Cardiff's premier 5-a-side football facility, is seeking a dynamic and organised League Coordinator. This role is crucial to the success of our busiest periods, with a primary focus on running our operations on Saturdays and Sundays.

This is a permanent 16-hour per week contract. The key feature of this role is flexibility; you will be our go-to person to provide full-time cover for our existing coordinators during periods of annual leave. This means your hours will temporarily increase to full-time for several weeks throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the smooth and efficient running of our weekend football leagues. Manage all pitch bookings, league payments, and customer enquiries with a professional and friendly approach. Uphold the high standards of our centre, ensuring facilities are always clean, safe, and welcoming. Coordinate referees and other casual staff to ensure all activities are well-managed. Handle cash and stock reconciliation accurately. Ensure all company Health & Safety and operational procedures are followed.

About You (The Ideal Candidate):



We are looking for someone who is:

Extremely responsible, with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. A natural leader with great people skills, comfortable managing both customers and staff. A genuine passion for sport and a strong commitment to outstanding customer care. Confident working independently but also a strong team player. IT literate and comfortable using booking and payment systems.

Crucially, you must be flexible to work weekends and be available to work full-time hours to cover staff holidays as required.

Welsh language skills are an advantage but not essential.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
