Portsmouth Water are delighted to have an opening for a Leakage Administrator for our highly regarded and expanding Leakage and Smart Networks Department. As Leakage Administrator, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency by enforcing complete and accurate data collection, and promoting a safe, happy and motivated Leakage and Smart Networks Team.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities

Provide administration support to the wider Leakage and Smart Networks Department
Promote Health, Safety and Well Being at all times
Assist the other Leakage and Smart Network Supervisors with Team Time bookings, Holiday Bookings and Absence recording
Raise Purchase Requisitions and Clothes/PPE Orders
Liaise and co-ordinate with other departments such as Network and Production
Gather and report information on Leakage to the wider team
Ensure the correct processes are followed to enable accurate data capturing
