Job Summary



The

Learner Compliance & Partner Support Specialist

will play a key role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and enrolment of learners, both for Skills Office Network/ Momentous Learning and our delivery partners. This position is vital for maintaining compliance, monitoring performance data, and providing exceptional operational support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

As the first point of contact for operational queries, the successful candidate will help ensure that all apprenticeship and training activity meets regulatory, contractual, and quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities



Learner Onboarding & Compliance



Oversee learner eligibility and suitability checks for apprenticeship and training programmes across Skills Office Network and Partner cohorts. Manage the full learner enrolment process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed on time. Accurately apply Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) adjustments to compliance documentation and the Individual Learner Record (ILR). Identify, report, and escalate any compliance, eligibility, or suitability risks to relevant partners or management. Address and resolve enrolment and compliance-related queries promptly, maintaining the highest service standards.

Partner Performance & Reporting



Prepare and distribute accurate monthly performance reports for partners and internal stakeholders. Review key performance data (e.g., ILR accuracy, learner progress, audit readiness) to identify risks and opportunities for operational improvement. Collaborate closely with Client Enablement Managers (CEMs) to support partner success, compliance, and performance alignment.

Operational Support & Service Management



Act as the first point of contact for operational queries, ensuring efficient resolution of day-to-day issues. Manage the helpdesk function, ensuring queries from partners and learners are resolved within agreed timelines. Escalate complex or ongoing operational issues to the relevant CEM or Head of Partner Relations when necessary. Ensure all support and tasks are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual commitments.

Business Continuity Support



Provide flexible, cross-team support during peak operational periods, staff absences, or company-wide initiatives. Contribute to the continuity of operations by assisting with key compliance, reporting, and administrative functions as needed.

Key Skills & Attributes



Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Proven experience in apprenticeship compliance, administration, or partner operations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions. Proficient in learner management systems (LMS), ILR software, and Microsoft Office applications. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Qualifications & Experience



Experience within the apprenticeship or Further Education (FE) sector. Knowledge of DfE funding rules and ILR data management. Prior experience supporting training providers or subcontracted partners.
