Every year, we support over 300 individuals in our housing provision, enabling them to grow their confidence and move into education, training, employment and into independent living. Alongside this we provide a whole host of youth and community services including our own community gardens. We also provide training and education to 150 young people each year who find mainstream education more difficult, as well as high-quality childcare within our community.



Our team works hard to provide as much care and support for those who need it most, every day we make a difference.

St Marks Road, Derby & all YMCA Derbyshire Key College Campus's

Salary:

11,466 PA (12.60PH)

Hours:

17.5Hours Per Week

This fast-paced and varied role gives an individual the chance to make a real impact on our success. This role will be sales focussed working towards set KPI's, building effective relationships with our customers and maximising our brand recognition.

Requirements:

Ideally you will have the following: -

CET/AET (Certificate/Award in Education and Training) or equivalent, or willing to work towards. Prior qualifications of least GCSE 4 or equivalent in maths & English Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases and Outlook Any previous qualifications linked to the construction industry, green skills sector or practical work-based skills or willingness to work towards. Clear understanding and knowledge of safeguarding and how to keep young people safe. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Willingness to engage in professional development.


A driving license and use of own car is essential as there will be an expectation to work across numerous sites.

The appointment is subject to YMCA Derbyshire receiving two satisfactory references, an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and a six-month probationary period.
