Your future, your role

As a Learning Activation Specialist, you'll be:

Activating engaging inclusive learning propositions and experiences, frames, and executing tactics aligned to strategies and plans Building and managing communication calendars, considering optimal sequencing and cadence of messages with each audience Taking the lead to facilitate virtual, face-to-face, and digital sessions/content, using creative approaches and platforms to engage learners Leading the development and implementation of upskilling and reskilling initiatives across the organisation to the agreed audience Enabling social and collaborative learning communities, promoting knowledge-sharing between colleagues and groups across the business

You'll have:

Experience building creative and successful learning campaigns and multi-channel marketing campaigns Knowledge and experience of delivering digital, face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning across complex stakeholder groups and organisations Experience with learning delivery and execution in complex organisations and settings, and with multiple applications
