The HR Team is led by Sarah Rogers, Head of HR. The role will report into our HR Manager Simon Lord, whilst working closely with ICT Trainer Tanya Hart. You will also work alongside mfg's Payroll Administrator Leona Hutton and HR Administrator Steven House. This role will be based in the Kidderminster office with frequent travel to the Telford office and other mfg offices as per business need for new starters inductions (travel expenses paid).
Day to day, you'll be successful in this role if:
You are an experienced L&D Administrator, having worked within a HR or L&D team, and possess a working knowledge and understanding of the role responsibilities below. You must be able to self-manage, and be self-sufficient to manage conflicting priorities on a daily basis, liaising with all levels of stakeholder in a professional environment. This is an exciting new opportunity to join an established team to further support mfg with all learning and development activities required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the induction process for all new starters, and deliver core IT induction training.
2. To set up and configure new users including user account; email account; SOS case management; iHasco; CRM System User account; copier code; inclusion in distribution lists etc.
3. Support current population with "how do I" queries regarding mfg's solicitor software package.
4. Point of initial contact for training requests mfg wide. With HR team and ICT Trainer's support, provide guidance on appropriate learning solutions.
5. Maintain accurate learning records to support a culture of continuous development in line with audit compliance.
6. Support administration activities for mfg's performance management process.
Requirements:
Previous experience as L&D administrator within a HR or L&D team environment.
Previous experience delivering induction training, and co-ordinating new starter set up's and processes.
Experience of delivering IT skills training courses to a wide range of users.
Thorough knowledge of MS Office (inc. PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook).
Ability to interact effectively with others, both face to face and over the telephone, including an excellent telephone manner.
