We're looking for a Learning and Development Administrator who's confident juggling systems, people, and tasks.
24 hours per week - Monday - Wednesday
12.60 per hour (increasing 5% from July 2025)

What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in our In-House learning team. Your focus will be within our in-house Learning and Development team within Hestia Charity, supporting the delivery of life-changing training and community work across the Domestic Abuse and Modern Slavery sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing inboxes and responding to training queries quickly and efficiently
Supporting learning platforms like Resource Link and iHASCO
Booking and organising induction sessions and training venues
Maintaining accurate records, including attendance and feedback
Creating and distributing training certificates
Keeping our internal learning systems and intranet pages up to date
Promoting learning opportunities and sharing updates on social media
Liaising with staff, managers, trainers and other stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly
You're someone who loves the details and understands how great admin underpins great learning. You'll need to be comfortable working independently, as well as collaboratively.
You'll ideally bring:
2+ years' administration experience (ideally in a learning/training or events setting)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook especially)
Confidence using digital tools like Zoom, SharePoint, Teams
Experience with Learning Management Systems (or a keenness to learn quickly)
Great written and verbal communication skills
A friendly, proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
