Role: Learning and Development Co-ordinator



We are an award-winning business psychology consultancy specialising in assessing potential, developing leaders and transforming businesses .

This position offers a thrilling dual responsibility, entailing the coordination of global Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives alongside managing UK-based Apprenticeship programs.

We are a centre of excellence for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and are looking for an adept L&D and Apprenticeships Co-ordinator with excellent organisational skills and people focus to support our clients and learners throughout programmes. The ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail and a knack for impactful presentations. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes working in a fast-paced environment, is able to deliver high quality outputs and work to tight deadlines. Minimum requirements:



Degree level / Diploma or equivalent in relevant field (i.e. business administration/ HR/ psychology) At least 3 years' experience in administration, user support and business support Experience in managing large L&D and/or apprenticeship programmes Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Desirable requirements:



Proficiency in using various learning portals (LMS), databases and scheduling systems, e.g. MS Teams/ Doodle Mondays.com/ Aptem LMS/ Articulate; Experience in Marketing & Social Media platforms;

About the role:



Learning and development coordination:

Cohort scheduling Tracking and managing learner records Assignment marking Reporting Database management and data analysis Document review, quality check and proofing

Office and system support and administration:



Managing equipment & software licenses LMS and portal administration User support RFP support Updating processes and internal files Document review and preparation
