We have a fantastic opportunity in our Learning and Development function, seeking a qualified social worker, occupational therapist or holding an equivalent qualification in a related field or extensive experience supporting and developing the social care workforce to join us as our Adults Learning and Development Specialist.
You will have the opportunity to design and deliver learning activities using a range of methods including face to face training courses and online courses delivered via webinar using MS Teams, interactive workshops and group facilitation, within a quality and professional framework, ensuring that learning objectives are met.
As a Learning and Development Officer, you will support all areas of Adults Services Learning and Development. This includes supporting service priorities such as understanding and applying the legislative frameworks and best practice in collaborating with people who access Adult Social Care.

To be our successful Adults Learning & Development Specialist, you will need:
Excellent collaborative working abilities, be effective in working in partnership to co-design solutions, and have confident presentation skills.
The ability to work proactively and think creatively to produce learning solutions that achieve desired outcomes effectively, efficiently and within timeframes.
To be able to establish and maintain credible working relationships with key stakeholders.
