THE ROLE



As a Learning and Enablement Partner, you will be a strategic enabler of product adoption and customer success through the TLC platform. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to design, deliver, and optimize learning experiences that drive engagement, certification, and product mastery across our ecosystem.








OPPORTUNITIES



Develop and execute enablement strategies aligned with product releases, customer journeys, and partner onboarding. Translate product capabilities into engaging learning content and certification pathways on TLC. Partner with Product Managers, SMEs, and Consulting teams to ensure learning materials reflect current product functionality and best practices. Act as a TLC ambassador across internal and external stakeholders, promoting adoption and feedback loops. Oversee creation and maintenance of digital learning assets (videos, eLearning modules, assessments, etc.). Ensure content is accessible, localized, and aligned with TLC standards and learning outcomes. Monitor TLC usage metrics, learner progress, and certification rates to inform continuous improvement. Use data to identify gaps, optimize learning journeys, and report impact to leadership. Support rollout of global enablement initiatives such as onboarding programs, product bootcamps, and partner academies.
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions when needed.





SKILLS



Proven experience in learning and development, enablement, or product training--ideally in fintech or enterprise software. Familiarity with Temenos products or similar core banking platforms is a strong advantage. Experience with LMS platforms, instructional design, and digital learning tools. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
