This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team!
We are seeking a strong, committed, and creative Learning and Teaching Assistant (LTA) to support children across a range of abilities, including those with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Our LTAs play a vital role in enhancing teaching, learning, and pastoral care through a flexible and supportive approach.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, Phase Lead, and SENCO. You should possess strong literacy and numeracy skills, along with a professional attitude, to effectively support both teachers and students across a variety of classroom activities.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience working in a primary school setting. They should demonstrate a willingness to contribute to weekly planning and development meetings and be able to provide class cover when required. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
You will work proactively to support student progress through classroom assistance and targeted interventions, ensuring that all learners can access high-quality education and achieve their full potential.
