What you'll do

By leveraging evidence-based learning strategies and a human-centred approach, you will lead the design process to create engaging learning experiences that encompass formal, social, informal, and on-the-job learning. Your expertise in pedagogic principles and learning design, coupled with strong communication and influencing skills, will guide cross-functional squads of learning designers to develop your designs into deliverable content that drives business impact.
