The important bits.
As a
Learning Coach
you'll be at the forefront of their learner journey delivering Level 2 Customer Service and Leadership qualifications. Working with some of our clients fantastic and well know brands in the Hospitality Sector, you will manage a caseload of Apprentices and support them with their apprenticeship qualifications. You will inspire and guide your learners, fostering an environment of continuous growth. As an Assessor you will be responsible for ensuring a caseload of QCF learners achieve their Team Leading and Customer Service Level 2 qualifications to the highest standard.
You will arrange monthly assessment and training sessions with each learner, supporting, motivating, and encouraging them to achieve. You will have a clear set of targets and manage your own diary to ensure you achieve your goals.
What makes a great candidate?
You will need to have a passion for training and be confident dealing with a wide and diverse group of learners. You will be a great problem solver, be professional, approachable, enthusiastic and confident. Experience of stand and deliver training will be a bonus but it's not essential as training and support will be provided.
Ideally you will need to hold the relevant D32 / D33, A1, TAQA or equivalent qualification and/or have a strong occupational back ground in the Hospitality/Customer Services sector with some supervisory level experience.
