At Green Top, Learning Coaches (our name for Teaching Assistants) are not just there to support learning - they help shape it. You'll work alongside teachers to deliver rich, engaging Learning Expeditions that spark curiosity and build character, while supporting individual pupils to thrive.

EYFS Learning Coach (A level 3 childcare qualification (or above) eg, NVQ diploma in early years or an equivalent qualification is required.)



Learning Coach (Teaching Assistant) -Experience in working with vulnerable children is preferred
