Team/Role Overview

The Learning Design & Development Intermediate Analyst will be working in a team of Instructional Designers, creating and maintaining high quality learning content, primarily focused on Finance Systems and regulatory changes. This team will be designing training solutions for the Finance organization within Citi, using design platforms and learning principles to enhance the performance and engagement of our global employees.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

Accountable for the design and development of learning solutions for the Finance organisation including e-learning modules, video, job aids, other performance support resources and the creation of supporting design documents including story boards and mock-ups

Work with subject matter experts to scope the work and validate content

Create blended learning activities and course content that engages, increases retention and transfer of skill/knowledge and drives sustained behaviour change.

Review program evaluations, test results, and participant and manager feedback on learning effectiveness to make recommendations for improvement.

Adhere to the project schedule for design & development, working with the stakeholder and team manager to determine project timelines.

Publish and track training and manage audiences through the LMS

Work with external vendors to integrate their content to Citi platforms

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What we\xe2\x80\x99ll need from you

Experience in learning design and content development, with demonstrated ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials that support learning objectives

Experience working with eLearning software tools, e.g. Articulate Storyline, Lectora, Area9 etc.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving

Experience in visual design, audio production and usability testing

Self motivated and detail oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with SumTotal LMS, Degreed and Brainshark preferred
