Intalo Consulting designs and delivers highly tailored solutions focussed on human capital management and workforce development, supporting our clients to effectively recruit, develop, manage, grow and retain talent. Established in Australia by C-suite Executives in 2012, we have recently established a team in the United Kingdom to deliver a major initiative in the Middle East.

Our projects range from targeted development programs for large and diverse cohorts, anchored in industry needs, to countrywide employability ecosystem design.

About the role



We're seeking an early career Learning Designer who is excited by the challenge of designing innovative, technology-enabled learning for diverse audiences, from primary and secondary school students to adult learners.

You will transform subject matter expertise into structured, engaging, and compliant learning experiences focused on career management and employability. Working within an experienced consulting and learning design team, you will support international client projects, ensuring every asset is purposeful, visually engaging, and grounded in sound pedagogy.

This is a fast paced, challenging and hands on role ideal for someone who combines creativity with a systematic approach to design and a strong interest in the future of learning.

Key responsibilities



Assist in analysing learner needs, identifying outcomes, and defining learning journeys. Draft outlines, scripts, and storyboards for eLearning modules, facilitator guides, and blended delivery tools. Build and test digital learning in authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, or Camtasia, and prepare content for LMSs such as Canvas or Moodle. Create and edit visuals, graphics, and simple multimedia using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Figma. Apply accessibility and compliance standards and complete thorough QA reviews. Adapt content for cultural and age appropriateness across audiences. Manage assets, version control, and documentation in line with project requirements. Contribute to innovation through AI assisted design, data driven improvements, and the use of contemporary learning technologies.

About you



Essential



Bachelor's degree in Learning Design, Educational Technology, Education, Media, or a related field, noting Master's qualifications will be highly regarded. A minimum of 2 years' experience in learning design, digital education, or instructional media. Strong digital literacy and comfort with learning technologies and authoring tools. Creative, structured, and detail-oriented approach to designing engaging learning experiences. Excellent written communication and visual design sensibility. Curiosity about AI in learning, micro-learning, and interactive content. Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural projects.

Desirable



Experience in career education, employability, or workforce development. Exposure to international education contexts or large-scale digital learning projects. Skills in basic video editing, animation, or screen recording.
