We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Learning and Development team as an Administrator. This is a key support role that ensures the smooth running of our training programmes, initiatives and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to;
Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of internal training sessions
Maintain accurate records of learning and development activities & records using internal systems
Support L&D reporting, including data input and dashboard maintenance
Liaise with stakeholders, trainers, and external providers to organise events
Assist in the creation of learning materials and communications
Handle general administrative tasks such as email inbox management and course evaluations
What we need to know about you
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or L&D
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
Passionate about learning and keen to support others in their development
Manage time and workload effectively in order to meet competing priorities and deadlines
