About the Role
Reporting to the L&D Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering our L&D strategy. You'll work closely with managers and colleagues across the business to identify training needs, develop tailored learning interventions, and foster a culture of continuous development and performance excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Building strong relationships across the organisation, including on-site visits to various locations.
Supporting managers in analysing training needs and creating effective development plans.
Designing and delivering blended learning programmes and content.
Coaching managers as part of leadership and talent development initiatives.
Evaluating the impact of learning interventions and ensuring value for money.
Contributing to strategic projects and promoting a learning culture at bpha.
About You
You're an experienced L&D professional with a creative and practical approach to development. You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Proven experience in analysing training needs and delivering impactful learning solutions.
Strong coaching skills and a coaching qualification (or equivalent, demonstrable experience)
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
Experience in both not-for-profit and private sectors, as well as line management and HR partnership, would be advantageous but not essential.
