The Learning & Development Advisor, reporting to the Learning & Development Manager will play a key role in delivering our core L&D offering and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. With a primary focus on LMS onboarding, head office inductions, and designing and delivering engaging learning content, you'll help create a consistent, welcoming, and growth-oriented learning environment across Hillier.
As an integral part of Learning & Development, you'll contribute to shaping our organisational capability and culture through modern training and development initiatives.
We welcome applications for full-time hours (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday). We are also happy to consider part-time arrangements, as we recognise the importance of flexibility.
The salary for this role is 27,500 per annum, pro-rated for part-time working patterns.
This position is based at our Ampfield, Hampshire office, and requires candidates to have the ability to commute to the location daily, with occasional travel to other business locations.
