Job Description

Responsible for partnering across the business to identify, design, deliver and embed learning experiences that build confidence and capability in our people to positively impact performance.


What will you be doing?




Designing, developing, and delivering engaging and inspiring learning and development experiences. (face-to-face, virtual, digital) Coordinating, facilitating, and evaluating:
? Lifetime's leadership development programme

? Lifetime's people management skills interventions

? Lifetime's specialist development programme

? Lifetime's specialist skills interventions

? Lifetime's Day 1 Induction
Developing, maintaining and embedding Lifetime's competency frameworks and personal development pathways Working in partnership with the People team to answer questions or queries regarding management development opportunities and /or personal development plans Coach and enable managers to build accountability and confidence within teams Supporting the delivery of the L&D strategy that compliments the People plan and Company's mission and vision Building and maintaining strong working relationships internally and externally to ensure you are involved early in decisions and initiatives that impact the people agenda Contributing to cross sector and function projects to support the achievement of lifetime's strategic plan Creating and maintaining a learning and coaching culture Utilising coaching conversations to help managers understand their strengths and development areas to enable them to formulate action plans to enhance their knowledge, skills & attributes Supporting line managers to become more skilled coaches to develop their teams and likely successors Working as part of the overall People team, promoting best practice and supporting managers to adapt and implement changes that will help improve business performance Supporting the development and delivery of CPD across the Company

What will you bring to the role?




Demonstrable expertise in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions, specifically within leadership capability Strong facilitation skills both face to face and via virtual delivery Proven expertise in effective training needs analysis Proven experience with LMS platforms to management and promote learning activity. Proven track record in building effective relationships with managers Able to communicate and facilitate effectively through a variety of methods and formats, adapting style to meet audience and accessibility needs

It would be great if you had




Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 Project management skills and experience of workflow software The ability to positively challenge and influence to ensure the best business outcome is delivered The ability to build strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders in the business Ability to influence and inspire others A positive, approachable, and personable outlook Flexibility, confidence, and assertiveness Demonstrates enthusiasm, drive, and commitment to continuous improvement
