Learning & Development Advisor


Contract Type - Permanent 39 hours per week

The Role

A true support role, you will support the L&D team in three main areas: The Academy
  • Day-to-day management of The Academy, including course scheduling, coordinating facilitators, managing stock and maintaining the venue
  • Supporting Line Managers to ensure that all new employees receive structured onboarding via The Academy within the required timeframes
  • Delivery of brand workshops including Company & Brand Induction
  • Working with internal stakeholders to create example \'career stories\' that bring career pathways to life
  • Creation of internal resources including guides, \'how to\' videos and documents related to key topics, processes and systems
Flow (Learning Management System)
  • Maintaining the LMS, ensuring information is up to date, easy to access and fit for purpose
  • Monitor Flow compliance scores and work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all mandatory eLearning is completed
  • Maintain online training calendar in line with the annual training plan
  • Ensure training attendance is recorded including uploading of external certificates
  • Support with creating online content and curating learning collections
  • Liaise with Function Heads to coordinate external training (e.g. Health and Safety) and ensure that courses are available to book via the online calendar
Administration
  • Provide efficient, effective and customer focussed service which supports all aspects of training, learning and development
  • Manage the Academy inbox, answering questions and resolving queries quickly
  • Provide accurate and timely reports as and when required.
