We are pleased to announce we are working on an exclusive mandate for a leading Financial Services client based in City, London. Offering a very competitive package, you would be responsible for leading a small function out of London whilst working with the US counterparts through a period of exciting change.

As Learning & Development Business Partner you will be the senior voice within the business on all things L&D, forming strong relationships with the stakeholder/management population as well as external vendors.

A balance of creativity and a strategic mindset is what our client is looking for, someone who can bring insightful and on-trend learning programmes into the business whilst having the capacity to run the full project from budgeting to presenting it to the business.

During your first few years as Learning & Development Business Partner you will drive some key projects as the business navigates a changing landscape including the full end-to-end implementation of a new LMS,

Other duties in your role would include;

• Partner on designing & delivering custom solutions that support Manager Capability globally
• Manage a junior team member in their own development and oversee their ongoing progression
• Engage with external partners to identify solutions for a variety of programmes across all levels of seniority
• Design content and internal solutions that address priority Learning & Development needs, working coherently with the management population to do so
• Lead on performance management and talent management initiatives
