We are looking for an experienced and creative

Learning & Development Adviser

to join our Talent Development team on a

12-month maternity cover contract

. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping professional skills development for our client-facing teams at Moore Kingston Smith.



As part of our People Team, you'll work closely with the L&D Manager to design, refine and deliver high-quality learning pathways, interventions and programmes that support our people's growth. You will help reimagine our current curriculum, create new learning content, and ensure our offering continues to evolve in line with business needs. The role is varied, fast paced and highly collaborative, giving you exposure to stakeholders across the firm and the chance to influence how we develop talent.



This fixed-term contract will span 12 months, with the final couple of months focused on a structured handover and transition period. During this phase, there may also be opportunities to support additional project work as we prepare for BAU continuity beyond the contract.

What you'll be doing





Designing and developing structured learning pathways and course content. Facilitating in-person and virtual workshops. Working with Department Leads to identify learning needs and opportunities. Refreshing existing programmes in line with evolving business requirements. Supporting feedback cycles, performance management training and wider L&D initiatives. Managing Talent Development resources across SharePoint and our intranet. Partnering with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver engaging learning experiences. Contributing to broader People Team projects where needed.


What we're looking for





Proven experience within Learning & Development, ideally within a professional services environment. Confidence in designing learning journeys and developing content from scratch. Strong facilitation skills, both virtually and in person. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work at pace. A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong stakeholder skills. CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) is desirable.
