As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a key role in designing high-impact training solutions for our pharmaceutical and medical customers. Partnering closely with the Business Development and client teams, you'll serve as the lead Learning Strategist on projects, translating customer needs into powerful learning programs that drive commercial success.



This role focuses on content oversight and development, where you will provide direction to writers and step in to create content yourself. You will be instrumental in shaping effective training across multiple formats, from e-learning to live workshops.



Key Responsibilities:



Act as the lead Learning Strategist on client projects, assessing customer needs and defining the instructional approach for each program. Develop and oversee the creation of engaging and effective training content for various formats, including e-modules, virtual training, and live workshops. Work closely with Business Development and client teams to provide recommendations for future opportunities throughout the project. Assist in developing and maintaining role-specific training programs and curricula for positions like Leadership Development and Account Managers. Oversee live training logistical and preparation support, including scheduling assistance, printing guides, and facilities requirements

Requirements



Must have:





Previous training experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech healthcare industry is essential High-level of PowerPoint and writing skills in consulting or training with an understanding of instructional design Strong communication and organizational skills: ability to convey information clearly and effectively to both customers and team members; capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Customer Focused: Dedicated to meeting customer needs and exceeding their expectations Ability to travel 10% (domestic travel to client sites and office)
