Learning & Development Apprentice

Here's why you'll love this role...

Support the planning, coordination and delivery of training within the organisation

Organise and maintain training records and documentation across internal systems

Manage communications on the L&D intranet site, ensuring content is always up to date

Gather and analyse learning data

Produce reports and insights to improve training content and delivery

Complete a Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner qualification as part of your role

Here's why you'll be great in this role...

You're passionate about people development, training or HR

You have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

You're a confident communicator, both written and verbal

- You are comfortable using Microsoft office - especially Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
