Learning and Development is at the heart of our business ensuring our commitment to our people's continuous professional development and wellbeing and we are seeking a dedicated L&D Assistant to join the team.

As an L&D Assistant your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of training, update L&D Files and support the business to be always audit ready.

Duties include:

Assist with internal and external audits Completion of Inductions and support new starts within the factory Delivering of training and inductions Updating L&D files for all employees

Skills required:

Experience within the area of L&D Proficient in Microsoft, in particular Work and Excel Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently with all levels within the business Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 27,000.00-28,750.00 per year
