Let's talk about the role...

As a

Learning & Development Co-ordinator

you'll be fully immersed with our experienced Learning & Development team and play a crucial role in enhancing our learner's experience. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.

Based out of our Stoke or Manchester office, it's a great opportunity for an ambitious person to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You'll:
Serve as the go-to person for any Learning and Development queries providing prompt and insightful responses to ensure a supportive learning environment. Take the lead on confidently coordinating the academic and training calendars across the group Manage the exam schedule for learners, actively monitoring their progress and planning for upcoming exams to foster a proactive learning culture. Manage a diverse portfolio of learners, engaging in regular meetings with their tutors and managers every six weeks. Report on feedback received to enhance the overall learning experience. Work alongside cross-functional teams to support the Early Careers function. Partner with the Head of Learning and Development to refine and update processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience that benefits both managers and learners alike.
