This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Directorate of Educational Excellence and Student Outcomes (DEESO). The Directorate's mission is to build an inclusive learning environment, enhancing the learning opportunities available to our community of students and staff so they can flourish and reach their potential. The directorate has responsibility for learning and teaching, educational outcomes, the student experience, access and participation, academic professional development, apprenticeships, partnerships and the university's inclusion agenda.

Reporting to the Head of Academic Student Experience and Enhancement, the post holder will provide work directly with students providing research-informed and sector best practice learning support. This is an ideal role for someone experienced in initiatives, projects and resources to support student engagement and retention, for example peer learning and/or mentoring, curriculum embedded academic literacy and skills
