We're looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to lead our global learning initiatives on a fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This pivotal role will empower you to drive employee development while championing inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement across the organisation.



We need a forward-thinking, proactive professional who uses evidence-based strategies to deliver a successful and impactful learning and development agenda throughout 2026.



What You'll Do:



Own and develop our Learning Management System (Docebo), creating a seamless and engaging experience for employees worldwide Partner with managers globally to identify training needs, evolve our LMS, and deliver impactful, bespoke learning solutions Lead the design and delivery of inspiring leadership development programs that empower our people to thrive Drive the enhancement of onboarding and induction training to welcome new colleagues effectively Collaborate on innovative career development plans and manage training budgets with a sharp focus on maximising impact Spearhead an internal mentoring programme to foster growth and knowledge-sharing across teams Support our global Wellbeing Team by organising events, communications, and initiatives that champion employee health and happiness Manage employee engagement surveys--administering, communicating results, and driving follow-up actions to ensure continuous organisational improvement Stay ahead of learning trends and best practices to keep Sperry Marine at the forefront of L&D innovation

A relationship-builder who thrives on collaboration across diverse teams Experienced in conducting training needs analysis and aligning learning strategies with business goals Skilled in managing Learning Management Systems Confident delivering training sessions to audiences of all sizes Creative, energetic, and motivated with a flair for making learning engaging and accessible Tech-savvy with strong skills in PowerPoint, Canva, MS Forms, and other digital tools Passionate about employee wellbeing and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture Detail-oriented with a proactive, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving
