```Duties```
- Provide mentorship and guidance to children 11 - 18 years
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Assist with behavior management and implement positive discipline strategies
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support the child's development
- Plan and facilitate educational activities that promote cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development

- Supporting Post 16 offering guidance and options for future options

- Hair & Beauty knowledge would be an advantage to support delivery in this vocation

- English and maths at GCSE or L2 as standard

```Skills```
- Knowledgeable in education principles and SEMH & ADHD
- Experience in behaviour management techniques for children with SEMH needs
- Strong mentoring skills to guide and inspire children
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and caregivers
- Experience working with children in an educational or mentoring capacity
- Ability to educate and engage children in various subjects to include, cooking, sport, PSHE and hair & Beauty

- Willing to work offsite on occasion or when referral requires in a school or home setting
