The role is responsible for the seamless, end-to-end planning and execution of our learning experiences and platforms--spanning online, instructor-led, and in-person delivery.
If you are a highly organised, have experience of project management, and have worked in an education setting, this could be the ideal role. If you have some but not all of these, it's still worth a chat.

About the role
As the Learning Operations Manager, you will be the central point of coordination, ensuring quality and efficiency across all delivery streams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Learning Delivery and Logistics ManagementEnd-to-End Project Management: Own the full planning and execution lifecycle for all training initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
In-Person Delivery Oversight: Co-ordinate with our trainers (both internal and external), including contract onboarding, scheduling, briefing, and monitoring delivery quality for all in-person and online training events.
In-Person Experience Design: Advise on and design impactful logistical setups for in-person learning experiences.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship ManagementInternal & External Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between internal subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, external partners/vendors, and our learners.
External Expertise Management: Manage relationships with external training collaborators and subject matter experts (SMEs) required for accreditations, seminars, webinars, and specialized content.
Learner Journey & Communications: Ensure the learner experience is seamless from enrolment through completion, coordinating all communications, learning journeys, and cohort-based training delivery.
About YouProven experience in project management, particularly within a learning, education, or corporate training environment.
Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse internal and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, SMEs, learners) effectively and professionally.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technology tools
General confidence with learning new software / platforms
