Your Role Will Include:
Leading and managing non-teaching operations including premises, health & safety, administration, and compliance.
Overseeing site maintenance, cleaning, catering, and security to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Managing budgets and procurement in collaboration with the Principal and Finance Team.
Supporting HR processes, recruitment, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across all operational areas.
Building strong relationships with external contractors, local authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement across the academy.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in operations, facilities, or business management--ideally within an educational or public sector setting.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance frameworks.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Confidence in using digital tools and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams).
