To support this transformation, we're looking for a senior-level passionate Learning Partner to shape and deliver enterprise-wide learning strategies that build the critical capabilities our business needs to thrive.
This is a newly created strategic consulting role with real impact -- ideal for someone who thrives on influencing senior leaders, translating complex business challenges into learning solutions, and driving cultural and behavioural change at scale. What you'll be doing
As a trusted partner to our business areas, you'll:Consult with senior leaders to identify and deliver strategic learning and skills development needs aligned to business and transformation goals.
Lead the design and implementation of integrated learning strategies, critical skill frameworks and pathways that support our transition to net zero.
Shape enterprise-wide learning plans, working with Group colleagues, SMEs and People Business Partners to ensure alignment and impact.
Embed learning into performance, engagement and career development practices, ensuring it becomes part of how we work.
Drive innovation in blended learning design and knowledge-sharing practices.
Evaluate learning outcomes and use data to demonstrate business impact and inform continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who is:A strategic learning and performance consultant with a strong track record in large, complex organisations
Experienced in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
Commercially astute, with strong project management and analytical skills.
Skilled in change management, with the ability to build change capability and support adoption.
Passionate about learning innovation, with experience designing and delivering enterprise-level learning strategies.
Minimum CriteriaProven experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
Strong background in cultural and behavioural change.
Experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organisation.
Background in strategic consulting roles within HR, L&D or Organisational Development
