Your new role:




You will lead the way in strategic development and championing the execution of forward-thinking learning initiatives that align with organisational goals.

Build and implement a forward-looking learning strategy aligned with business priorities. Oversee the development, curation, and delivery of inclusive, globally scalable learning experiences. Optimise budget utilisation using data and metrics to support decision making and showcase value from learning initiatives. Partner with leaders to develop learning that enhances performance and fosters growth. Develop and provide data-informed, user-focused learning solutions that reflect organisation priorities and result in tangible outcomes. Lead innovation in learning by integrating emerging technologies, AI, and new methodologies to enhance engagement and transform practice across the organisation. Lead and encourage a high-achieving team of Learning Specialists, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and experimentation.

Could you be our new Learning Solutions Manager? Are you?



Qualified in learning, talent development, or organisational development (e.g. CIPD Level 5), with proven experience leading strategic initiatives? A confident leader with a track record of leading learning teams and delivering transformation across global, sophisticated environments? Skilled in designing innovative, solution-focused learning programmes that drive business impact and capability building? Fluent in learning technologies such as LMSs, LXPs, analytics tools, and authoring platforms and able to harness AI and emerging tech to enhance learning? Data-savvy, with strong analytical skills to interpret feedback and shape strategic decisions? An exceptional communicator and influencer, able to engage senior leadership and build alignment across diverse teams and geographies?
