The opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive

Learning Solutions Specialist

to play a crucial dual role within our Custom Solutions Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape our knowledge management approach while also driving the success of our proposal processes for learning and development solutions with clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at capturing, organising, and leveraging internal knowledge to enhance our program delivery and leveraging this in our proposals within our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating New Proposals:

Collaborate closely with Learning Solutions Directors to

transform existing knowledge assets (primarily MS PowerPoint) into compelling, tailored proposals

that precisely address specific client requirements

.

This involves

deconstructing client briefs to identify key themes and narratives

,

managing proposal timelines

and

translating the Learning Solutions Directors' vision and design into persuasive and accurate submissions

that highlight our organisational strengths. Post-Bid Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of opportunity outcomes (both wins and losses) to identify key learnings and areas for improvement in our bid strategy and content.

Building a Strategic Knowledge Advantage:

Spearhead the implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive and easily accessible library of standard bid content, templates, and supporting documentation

, directly aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.

Proactively incorporate successful proposal designs and high-quality content into the library

, ensuring a continuously evolving repository of best-in-class materials.

Orchestrating Cross-Functional Excellence:

Forge strong partnerships with Learning Solutions Directors and the wider learning solutions teams (coaching, digital, and assessment)

to

seamlessly gather essential information for both customised proposals and the central knowledge library

. This ensures

cohesive and impactful bid submissions

that leverage the full breadth of our expertise. Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Communicating what collateral exists, surfacing good work / success and enabling sharing / learning with new proposals and ideas. Encourage the culture of using consistent materials and cross functional support and sharing.


Qualifications and Experience:
The skills & experience we look forProven experience in a role with relevant expertise in learning and development, knowledge management and/or bid management Experience in education, professional services, or related sectors preferred. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously. Proficient in using Microsoft tools, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint for knowledge sharing and bid management processes. Passion for creating high quality proposals that show our real business impact for clients.

A passion for knowledge sharing and continuous learning, combined with a drive for achieving business development goals. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality in both knowledge management and bid submissions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
