Flexible Working



We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full-time.

We are looking for an inspiring, credible, and authentic team player. This is an opportunity to join the Learning Spaces Team responsible for the general building operations of Library spaces. This includes supporting the maintenance of facilities and equipment and maintaining up to date and accurate data on IT equipment, as well as managing building furnishings, office equipment and supplies. The team supports the procurement of goods and services, as well as ensuring Library spaces are safe in relation to health and safety and routine risk assessments. The successful candidate will provide support for all Library spaces ensuring facilities are appropriate and accessible. It's an opportunity to strengthen the operational delivery and development of excellent Library spaces.



About You
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our Learning Spaces Team. You will be working within a busy customer orientated environment, supporting the day-to-day provision of learning spaces. You will have a good working knowledge of health and safety issues and have effective interpersonal skills.


You will be willing to learn, keen to take on new challenges and be able to work in a constantly evolving environment. You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
