About the role
The Inclusion team are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Advisor to join a well-established team. As a Learning Support Advisor, you will be required to support learners 1:1, in small groups or as a whole class. If you are passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you.
As a Learning Support Advisor, you will be required to support learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Keeping track of learner's progress and monitoring support needs as well as liaising with both teaching staff and the Inclusion team is essential to the role.

Learning difficulties/disabilities
Blind/partially sighted
Deaf/Hearing impaired

About the person
The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people and adults with varying levels of specific learning difficulties, sensory impairments and social, emotional or/and behavioural difficulties. You must be patient and flexible within the role.?
