At Manor Field Infant School, the children are at the very heart of everything we do, we have a strong, supportive staff and are looking to expand our team to further support children with their learning.

Experience in a school would be preferable, especially experience of supporting children with additional needs. However, we are happy to support and develop someone less experienced.
The role will involve 1:1 support, some group work and lunchtime supervision, helping the children progress and develop on their personalised learning journey.
Duties will include
:Supporting a child or small groups of children with their Education, Health and Care Plan Outcomes Leading interventions for speech and language, fine and gross motor skills and supporting children within the classroom as directed by the teacher and our SENCo Supporting children to build independence and self-care routinesWe would love to hear from you if you
:Are cheerful, friendly and personable with a positive attitude Have previous experience in same or similar role Maintain confidentiality at all times Enjoy a role where two days are never the same Are professional and flexible in your approachThis is a temporary contract for one year starting in September 2025, with the possibility of extending into 2026/2027.
