dedicated Teaching Assistant

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils across the classroom, including those with additional needs Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons Helping children build confidence, independence, and a love for learning Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Experience working with children (in a school, nursery, or similar setting) A calm, patient, and enthusiastic approach A genuine passion for education and child development Strong communication and teamwork skills A willingness to learn and grow with the role
