We are seeking a patient, proactive and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated team at Haberdashers Crayford Academy. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and moderate learning difficulties.

As an LSA, you will work closely with teaching staff, the SENDCo, and other professionals to support students' learning and emotional wellbeing. You will help create a positive and inclusive environment where all pupils can achieve their full potential.

You will provide group, in classroom, or one-to-one support for students who have additional needs, supporting students with social communication, emotional regulation and behaviour.

This role is for 35 hours per week, term time only

These are currently organised as four 'clusters', Crayford Academy is part of the Bexley cluster which provides schooling for children aged 3-18 with over 1600 children in three schools: Crayford Academy (secondary), Crayford Primary and Slade Green Primary.
