: Full Time, Monday to Friday, Term Time

Your Main Responsibilities will include:
Encouraging pupils to take responsibility for their own learning, and take pride in their work
Personalise resources to meet the needs of an individual or a small group
Give support for increased self-esteem, self-confidence, and emotional skills development by encouraging pupils to build on existing effective relationships to share ideas and opinions with peers and adults
To work with the SENCO to ensure that the requirements of any EHCP are kept at the forefront of all planning for individual children
To assist with the class teacher in the effective delivery of the curriculum, under their guidance
About you
We are looking for someone who can be a role model to our pupils through personal presentation and professional conduct. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with children, preferably within an educational context
Knowledge of various special educational needs
A genuine enthusiasm for working with children
A positive attitude
The ability to be flexible to the needs of the students
