Support Staff - Make a Real Difference

We are looking for dedicated support staff to provide compassionate care and guidance to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. In this role, you will play a key part in their education, well-being, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide empathetic, tailored support to children with special educational needs.
? Implement individualised educational and behavioural programmes to support learning and development.
? Help children build confidence, social skills, and communication abilities to foster independence.
? Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
? Work closely with professionals to develop and implement personalised support plans.
? Observe, document, and assess progress and behavioural patterns, ensuring effective interventions.
? Maintain strong communication with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure holistic support.
Who We're Looking For:
? Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
? Understanding of special education principles and best practices.
? Ability to support children in an engaging, interactive way that promotes learning.
? Excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with families and team members.
