Key Responsibilities:
? Provide empathetic, tailored support, ensuring students feel encouraged and engaged.
? Implement individualised education and behaviour strategies to promote positive development.
? Help children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through targeted support.
? Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
? Collaborate with professionals to develop and implement personalised support plans.
? Monitor, document, and assess progress and behavioural patterns to ensure effective interventions.
? Maintain clear and open communication with parents, carers, and colleagues to support holistic development.
Who We're Looking For:
? Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
? Knowledge of special education principles and best practices.
? Ability to engage and support children in a meaningful way that fosters growth.
? Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with families and team members.
