Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)

on behalf of a highly regarded SEN schools in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to gain varied experience in a supportive, flexible role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support plans Support children with a variety of needs including autism, ADHD, communication and sensory needs Assist with classroom management, learning tasks and emotional regulation Help create a positive, safe and inclusive environment for all learners
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children, ideally in a school or SEN setting Calm, patient and resilient, with a flexible approach to learning Strong communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to support personal care or behaviour needs if required A valid

Child & Adult DBS

on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
