We are a specialist school in Poole, supporting pupils aged 5 to 19 with a range of profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), complex SEND, and Autism. We are looking for dedicated and caring Teaching Assistants to join our experienced and nurturing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role:

Full-time, permanent position Based in Poole Interviews in September, with a start date shortly afterwards Support pupils with complex learning needs, both in the classroom and around the school Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored, holistic support Support with personal care and manual handling will be required
We're Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people with SEND and/or PMLD (desirable but not essential) A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach Confidence in supporting personal care and engaging in manual handling tasks A strong team player with excellent communication skills
